Required Information

To help you avoid having to stop while you're filling out the form, here is a list of items you can gather in advance.

  • Power of Attorney (when designating authorized persons)

  • Certificate of Enrollment from the University (for students)

  • Residence Documents (for Foreign Nationals)

  • Proof of income (e.g., pay stubs, notice of orphan’s pension, approval notice) for the applicant from the current year and for the parents from the year before last

  • Proof of Parental Custody

Information About the School Platform's Digital Services

Personal data is collected and processed in connection with all of the services listed. This is done in accordance with the GDPR, the Federal Data Protection Act, and the North Rhine-Westphalia State Data Protection Act. The data is forwarded to the relevant authorities responsible for overseeing or handling the process.

BAföG for High School Students
The collected data is forwarded to the relevant BAföG office to facilitate the application process and the processing of benefits.

Instructions for Use:

  • Using these services makes it easier to submit digital applications and place orders, but they do not replace in-person consultations or advisory meetings with the relevant authorities if you have specific questions or special requirements.

  • The time it takes to receive a response depends on the specific agency and may therefore vary.
