Delfin 4 language assessment procedure
A child has been invited to have their language development tested.
It is checked whether language development is age-appropriate. The testing is intended to ensure that all children receive language support at an early stage if necessary.
On behalf of the education authority for the city of Bochum, the Grundschulen invite the children to the test together. If the appointment is missed twice, a letter will be sent by the school authority. Participation in the test is compulsory.
The legal basis is § 36 para. 2 in conjunction with § 126 para. § Section 126 (1) no. 2 of the NRW Education Act.
