The Media literacy framework forms the basis for teaching digital skills. It is incorporated into the selection of end devices and workshops offered by the IT Service Schools.

School budget

Schools can use the school budget to procure special and additional digital equipment and apps in order to be able to react flexibly to individual requirements.

Special equipment: In addition to the standard technical equipment, the special equipment takes school-specific and school-specific requirements into account. The aim is to meet training and industry standards, for example, or to provide appropriate support for inclusive education.

Additional equipment: In the Bochum context, additional equipment includes all digital devices and applications that go beyond the standard or special equipment. Although they are not absolutely necessary, they are considered pedagogically useful and supportive in the context of the educational work at individual schools. The specific requirements are defined individually by the schools.
